Stop And Eat The Cookies

We put so much stress on ourselves at this time of the year.  It’s no wonder we are so sad!  While you are getting so caught up in the shopping, the wrapping, the decorating, and the baking, don’t forget to take care of yourself too.

Many of us forget to breathe, to relax, and to have fun.  We are so busy crying at about the people who won’t be home for Christmas or stressing over finding the perfect gift that we forget that we make our own happiness.

How do we have fun when there’s so much to do?   Set an alarm on your phone to remind you to take five minutes every day just to have fun.  It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you are enjoying yourself.   Bonus – set your alarm tone to a fun Christmas carol!
