Just Play

Playing, laughter, and fun are all a big part of life.  Without fun, life becomes boring and you have nothing to look forward to. 

 

When was the last time you built a blanket fort or colored in a coloring book? 

With everything going on in the world right now, we all need a little more fun in our lives.  It doesn’t have to be a big thing.  You could take a bubble bath or skip down the aisle at the grocery store (come on, they won’t know who you are if you have a mask on! Lol)

 

I was at a retreat last year and we sat around playing with play dough.  Grown women playing with play dough.  It was so much fun!  Try it – you’ll see…


Spend a few minutes every day playing, singing, dancing, going for a walk, or even playing video games if that is your thing.   It doesn’t really matter what you do.  Just let go and have fun.
