Make Time For You

When you are planning your week, what do you do for yourself?  Do you schedule time for fun, time with friends, time to read a book, or time for exercise?  Do you allow your fun to end up at the bottom of your to do list?

Spending all week cooking, cleaning, working, and taking care of other people will take a toll on your mind and your body.  What you need is a little balance between what you have to do and what you can’t wait to do.

Look at your to do list and figure out if there’s anything on your list that excites you or makes you happy.  If not, you are not making yourself a priority.

To help you remember to prioritize yourself and have fun every week, download my free planning worksheet, “My Week of Awesomeness.”   Make your happiness a priority in your life.

Now that I have given you a template, I want you to schedule at least one fun activity into every day.  It doesn’t have to be anything big, but it has to be something you can look forward to doing.

You can even set a reminder on your phone and add it to your calendar as an appointment so that you don’t forget to take care of you!

Have an amazing day and don’t forget to have an awesome week!
