We get so caught up in trying to be everything to everybody that sometimes our “responsibilities” take over our life. 

 

Our family’s needs sometimes seem so much more important than our own.  Babies can’t take care of themselves.  Toddlers need your help doing almost everything.  Add to that the cooking, the cleaning, the laundry, and the job.  Just reading the words is exhausting!  But it doesn’t have to be.

 

Changing the way you prioritize your time can make the biggest difference in your life.  But how do you do that?   Your day only has so many hours and you need to figure out which of your tasks are important, which can wait, and which activities are not important to you.  Either let go of the unimportant tasks or delegate them to someone else.  Focusing on the important tasks will get them off your list and give you the sense of accomplishment you need.
